A journal of sorts to track the latest & greatest happenings in my life, various pictures & whatever strikes my fancy.
Can't believe I'm 40--how did that happen? Have a life I'm very proud of--Mommy to Noah and can't believe he'll be 5 in June (2011); wife to Patrick (together 16 years this May 2011), a great husband & father; and have the amazing fortune to be able to look back on all my mistakes and see how I've grown and learned from them. I may not always succeed, but I get back up! I love to write in this blog, but don't get the chance to do it as often as I'd like. I hope people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy typing up the random things that pop into my head!
I found this link on another blog, and of course, had to try it...Of course, I'd like to do it with our baby pictures, and with Noah at various ages. I just picked the most recent picture of our little guy, and here's what it came up with:

Whatever. He looks like ME!!
I've thought about taking some of our baby pictures (since, honestly, Patrick's facial hair may be throwing off the Look-A-Like-Meter a bit)and see what the result is.
It's funny, though. Some people look at Noah and think he doesn't look a bit like me, and others think he looks just like me. I see parts of both Patrick and myself in Noah, and I guess that's the way it should be.
Rachel, if there's one thing that he may have gotten from his paternal sister gene, it's his stinkiness.
