It's been a banner day....

Well, the house is for sale (list price: $82,500), and we'll have the MLS information on Thursday. While all this was going on, I also sold the Camry. $100, and the guy even took 3 old rims that were under the house (no, we don't know why they were there...). It was an adventure: the car had been sitting for about a year, wouldn't crank, so the guy came back with a truck and a strap. Couldn't get it out of the holes the 4 tires had made over the past year, so we all pushed it back. Then getting it up the driveway, the strap broke. Twice. Then trying to get it out into the road...well, let's just say that Mr. Cole had to bring out his logging chain & tractor. We stopped traffic and got the car on the road...then the guy's truck stalled. We pushed it backward & popped it into gear, then they drove off down the road, with the promise to bring Mr. Cole's chain back. Lord, I hope they made it home..... The good news, Dad, is this: the guy wanted to know how much I'd take for it WITHOUT the stereo...I said $100, and he gave me a $100 bill. And he took out the stereo. So if you want a Pioneer AM/FM/CD radio, it's yours.

Now we're going to eat pizza...Domino's just delivered. Life is good.
